I sent this in your messages, but you seem to haven't seen it. Hey guys, I really need your help with this. I've tried everything and this is my last resort. Starting about last year in September I started getting charged double for your subscription. I didn't notice it until the beginning on 2023 and ever since then have been trying to solve the issue with paypal(my payment method) and patreon however I can't seem to fix it and every month I've still been getting charged twice. This is really bad because I do want to support you guys however I'm really struggling with money right now and stressed over exams. Getting charged twice all these months is really difficult. I would greatly appreciate it if you guys you guys could refund me that money, just the amount that I was charged a second time for. I will keep supporting you guys because I really do enjoy your content and want to see ya'll continue succeeding however I can't do that if I'm being charged twice. If you need more details please let me know. Thank you.

Hey, yeah I did try that and they supplied me with a reason as to why that might be happening. However they said they couldn't refund me the money directly and I would have to ask the creators directly
