MAJOR UPDATE: Going Monthly and What That Means (Patreon)

I've given this a lot of thought and decided to try my hand at a Monthly Patreon Model like the rest of the planet. The main reason is a more consistent schedule for everyone involved. Pay per creation is confusing to Patrons and I have received several inquiries stating that the model makes no sense to them, which is fair: no one uses it. Bafflingly enough the money is still cashed out monthly no matter what. 

Additionally, I would like to make more and more ambitious work, which would involve more and more financial investment. Until I can afford a drawing tablet, I will not be able to use Live2D or After Effects properly as I will be unable to isolate and clean animation cels, or make 2D visual effects that can improve the liveness of animatics. 

In order to make this transition smooth and help you decide whether you want to continue your support I will outline all changes to the content model below: 

1. Each month I will deliver one large-scale, fully voice acted audio project. Ideally with a video component, either animatic or free art, but that depends on the level of finance. This audio/video will be FREELY AVAILABLE to both paid members and free members, and will be available to view on twitter and download right here. 

2. The focus of the monthly project will now be decided by Patrons. All paid members will get a chance to make suggestions in a Monthly Suggestion Box. In order to avoid flavor of the month wins or repeat losses that would discourage patrons from making their voices heard, each month will be themed. The theme could be around a scenario, a specific medium (western cartoons, anime, and games will be most likely), a character archetype, or a genre. All suggestions will be present in the poll and you can vote on two ideas, so vote for your own as well as your favorite!

3. Tiers will be updated in the Patrons' favor. $3 backers will be upgraded so all backers will be eligible for suggestions as well as receive voting power in all polls. A $1 tip jar will be made available to those who are just looking to support. $5 backers will be upgraded to receive production updates and previews. Meanwhile, $10 backers will be upgraded to receive 20 seconds of free audio each month, public or private. There will be some restrictions on ideas but I will outline those each month so everyone is clear on them. Lastly, the $50 tier will go from 120 seconds of free audio to 60 seconds of custom, fully voiced audio, with the $25 tier being 60 seconds of audio using sound bites and voice clips from pre-existing material. 

The financial model will go into effect starting March 1st, 2024 to give everyone time to consider their finances and support. In the meantime I will do a trial run of the new system starting February 1st so people can get accustomed to the way things work, but there will be no charges made in February, so there will be no risk to you. Give it a try! 

I will continue to make passion projects in my spare time and those will come out free of charge, but without a set schedule. 

I am sure this is overwhelming and for many it will change their level of support, or if they CAN support moving forward. But just know that my goal remains unchanged: to make myself proud and push my skills in making ambitious NSFW material my way, for everyone to enjoy.
