Permissions for all old comic posts are fixed (Patreon)

Some of the more expensive patreon tiers were retired in favor of cheaper ones due to a variety of reasons. However, patreon lacks any functionality allowing me to automatically move patrons to a new pay tier without the patron doing it manually. To this day we still have 3 people who are subscribed to the retired Wanderer tier for example. If I delete the tier like I did the old Brotherhood tier, I'll cut them off entirely.

The problem is I also can't update permissions for old posts, and have to do that manually to. However, it's done now, at least for the comics. I'm therefore deleting the post I made which had the dump of chapters 1-18. It is no longer needed.
