Cody how did you get so knowledgeable about hydro/aquaponics? And do you know, off-hand, of any resources I can look at to start my own project?

I'm really sorry for the shrimp! After I saw your video with em I had to try this. I didn't find anything that would grow in the salty water (I went to an fishkeeping convention, but everything was fresh water). Also, I don't have the fancy chemicals that you do. So I only put salt in and some dried algae-something mixture as food. First I closed the container hermetically, but it looked like the shrimp were all trying to swim around the top so I opened it and let air in. Now they seem to be doing fine, but I'll see how they do long term. Can you maybe do a fancy plant-thingie glass? I love these videos so much! Greetings from Czech Republic!

the shrimp eggs may be waiting to hatch when the temperature increases. it may be worth leaving it for a bit into the summer to make sure they are actually all gone

I really like this Hydroponics system, with solar panels powering the pump this surely has zero enviromental impact right?
