High speed camera with teliscope

Guys it worked! I was able to hook the high speed camera up directly to the 6inch telescope! This is a view of a car going by at 40mph from 1/4th mile away! Its a little upside down because of how the telescope works but that is easy to fix.

Wait, what? I'm sure a video is coming down the pipe soon explaining everything but I really don't understand what your goal is

Pinhole camera?

U.S. Water Rockets

Cody's gonna shoot a laser at some far object and near object at the same time and count the high speed camera frames difference in when the laser reflection comes back on the high speed camera and that would be 2x the round trip time and if he knows the distance to the dot he can calculate the speed of light. That's how I would do it, only I'd have to figure out a way to make it work with a Water Rocket to keep with the theme of my videos.

I'm sure you'll cover this in your video, but you can't actually measure the speed of light: https://www.quora.com/How-do-scientists-measure-the-speed-of-light/answer/Jack-Fraser-11 Although you can calculate the discrepancy such as how much it is being slowed by or how inaccurate your equipment is. :)

That is precisely what I am doing, You could def do it with a rocket you would just need something that runs insanely fast.
