slow mo explo

in this experiment I set off a small explosive charge in a chamber 30cm from a piece of paper once in air and once in a near vacuum. actually this is the 3rd time I've done this experiment today. this time I focused the camera on the paper, I also improved the lighting and adjusted the frame rate to 10,000fps.

This might seem rude, but it isn't. I think you should take a course on filming stuff with slomo. the experiments you do are really interesting, but the quality is terrible, and i am sure this is a fixable issue.

Don't need a course, just need adequate amount of light for the time and rate of exposure and a background that contrasts the subject material. Which in case of high speed is an absurd amount of light, it's unlikely that someone could go overboard

So this begs the question from the movie Alien: "in space, nobody can hear you scream" . We know, you can't hear a ringing bell, you can hear an explosion. How about something like an airhorn?

I'm mentioning this in the video. I think up close it would sound similar but after any sort of distance it would loose the vibrating effect and start sounding like a woosh.

Hey Cody! What would happen if you opened a lithium battery is a vacuum chamber? Maybe a idea, keep up the good work!
