I loved your videos Cody! I decided at the last minute to build your Pringles can pinhole viewer to catch the eclipse where I am from on the east coast of Canada. Nowhere near totality (49.01% at my location) but it still offered a great viewing experience regardless! Here's my sequence from start to finish, just taking pictures with my phone through the magnifying glass! http://i.imgur.com/d2pPZqM.jpg

The darkest point in this is around 2:30 I don't know if they were in the path of totality or not but I was and it was sweet!

I was really hoping to go see the totality. Been thinking about this eclipse ever since I read in a astronomy book during elementary school that there was to be a solar eclipse in 'August of 2017.' Was able to watch about 80% here though. Making sure I am lined up for the 2024 one!

it looks like totality occurred at 3:30. You can tell by looking at the horizon. Cameras are too good at adjusting to light levels when left on automatic.

Nice. It's good to see a different perspective on the eclipse. Video could use a nice relaxed walking guitar soundtrack though.

A friend of mine spoke of the onrushing shadow of the moon on the ground.. at what point is that? been looking for it.
