Locking the $1 Tier! (Patreon)

In anticipation of upcoming Patreon changes, I'm locking the $1 Tier today! 

To all current $1 Tier Patrons, you still have access to the tier, but this simply means new people can't join up the tier. 

The plan currently is to get rid of this $1 Tier sometime soon, but that is at least a month or two away. No need to panic!
