Public poll TEST (Patreon)

I had some problems with people not being able to comment on the actual submission post for the public request poll, so i'm running a test poll first to see if non-patrons can vote on options. If you are a patron, vote for the "I am a patron" option, and if you are not and are ABLE to vote, vote for the "I am PUBLIC"

If it's only visibly public like it was last time, theres gonna be a bit of an issue when it comes to conducting these polls. Oh well, live and learn I guess lol
