important : emergency situation??? + photos (Patreon)

sooo today was a hell mornin because we woke up with sound of WATER above us
we living on the highest floor, so we realized that it couldn't be neighbors or something.

little note:
I haven't sleep all night since I was busy and only at 6 am  I came just to lay
and at 9am I woke up cause my bf was screaming WAKE UP WAKE UP FAST WE HAVE A PROBLEM
So I'm sorry if text looks weird or incorrect, my brain just want to relax and to have a litt


when we opened the door to see what's going inside entrance/porche, we saw that it's raining LOL on gif it's showed a bit, I wanted to add video but patreon have strange rules to upload it trough vimeo wdikjf  so we recorded only a little moment when it only started, in next 20 minutes our neighbors had a much more problems inside with their walls and stuff too.. and ofcourse next 20 mins our neighbors was trying to keep water out and we helped
then we came to our computers to check how it is, and we was shocked how roof look inside
sadly our roof started collecting a big amount of water (as it's showed on photo) and gladly (and sadly at the same time) the only place where it found to go out was chandelier :(
also we can't use anything electicity, everything is off rn, because if we will turn something on - we will get short circuit ;;

we called to emergency group to fix everything up, as well we contacted our landlord
currently we waiting few groups of people who will fix things inside. Our work place is not able to work at all right now, probably we might change our workplace to somewhere on kitchen or bedroom.

i can't say enough how tired we both are with our landlord who don't give a sht about how this place working bad for that big amount that we paying..
we looking for a new place already for two weeks and there's no options which can be good to us (especially not everyone here would like to take us because of dog :| that's strange stereotype here)
we really want to change it but we can't and it's making situation much even worse

we both really hope that today everything will be fixed and we could calmly try to work.. wish us luck and some chill vibes since we really need it rn fiewjslw ;;

small update:
we had troubles with our landlord before that situation too
first when we came out here wifi router was sooo old and after our one day of using it just started crushing
we called our landlord to said that she need to fix it up since it's in our contract, and all she said was "i don't care for it for the money amount that you guys pending. i don't care, solve it by yourself"
we was angry on it, but we had no option to leave to another place. so we bought good router by ourselves
we still didn't get second pair of key from our doors for no reason??
as well recently we had problems with our sink in kitchen, it was not working at all + sink in our bathroom started leaking. we resolved this problem only one week after when we said about it to our landlord. in same day when we called, she said "i'll call to the guy who can fix it. Wait him in week or so"
and there's a lot of small thing that we had between us and our landlord from which we tired ;;
