Hope y’all doing good 💖

As you all know I’m doing my best to be productive with works, but because I’m spending a lot of time drawing on my laptop on chair (and of course I don’t sit as recommended for our health lol) - my back started hurting again after almost a year without pain. Mostly and the most problematic area for me is my neck, as I knew when I was a little cub my mom holding me not correctly and now I have problems with it. From time to time , and especially when I’m working a lot, I’m getting really hard pains in that area including strengths migraines. Last years I had a recommendation from doctor to get orthopedic collar and it was helping, but not now.

So cause of my hurting back and neck with migraines, today I’m going to rehabilitologist to get some help from him and get recommendations how to help myself with my situation. I want to be productive but cause of pain I can’t sit a lot and finish even a small thing. It takes a few days more than before and it’s really making me upset lol.

Please take care of yourself n don’t forget to help yourself as well. Our health is important 🥺💕

oh my goodness, I’m so sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine how it must be :( I hope you’re able to get it fixed or to at least stop feeling the pain as often

thank you sweetie! he actually descibed some things and why i have troubles and with what exactly, but we need more deep test which will be on monday for now. to make my situation and feelings better he imposed keizo tapes on my neck and back! so I'm feeling better and gladly I can sit without migraines xD it means that I can work in next few days ! ;3
