Silver Cow Patron Update #33 (Patreon)

It's Patron Update time, and we're excited to bring you up to speed on the latest happenings here at Silver Cow!

Firstly, recently we posted a preview of a new enemy from Super Time Tenshi; a Japanese Samurai girl! We're glad you guys liked her, and stay tuned for more art previews from that game soon!
Right now we have a Knight girl in the works, and a Sumo girl has also been completed, with more enemies planned for the near future. We're excited to incorporate these full-size illustrations into the game, and we think they'll be a great addition to what we have so far!

Also, we can reveal today that the girls in Super Time Tenshi will have the ability to change weapons in certain circumstances! For example, a player might find a new weapon on the field or in the Time Window facility, and the inventory screen allows you to change weapons dynamically. That means you'll be able to see your chosen weapon held by your character (Rose, Kyo or Tessa), and we're pretty excited about that!
But that's not all - it'll also allow for some interesting and unique gameplay situations. For example, have you ever thought about what would happen if Rose tried out Mizuki's katana?

As well as the player being able to change weapons like this, enemy characters in the game will also have a variety of weapons at their disposal. Right now in our development build, Mizuki wields both her katana and shuriken (throwing stars), and she'll select which one she wants to use depending on your distance from her. If you're up close she'll try for a katana slash, but at a distance she'll let a shuriken fly! Either way, you'll have to be pretty sharp if you want to face her in combat!

Then, recently we teased a couple of Time Tenshi trading cards featuring Rose, and what we want to do now is to reveal a little bit more about those and our plan for how they'll work!
So, each trading card has a number of properties.

- Firstly there's the character artwork and the name. This could be Rose, Kyo or perhaps a group of characters for example, or maybe even a boss!

- Then there's the card's rarity. Right now there are five levels of rarity, and each card is graded according to the scale which goes from C up to S. At the S rarity level, cards gain an alternate background and an extra shiny effect! (Wait a second... C, B, A, S... that's only four! Does that mean there's a secret rarity too?)

- At the bottom right of the card, there's the card's number. Great for collectors or completionists who must have everything!

- Lastly, there's the card's effect. This is shown clearly in the large box near the bottom of the card, and the effects could be anything from helping you out in battle to wreaking havoc on your enemies. The only catch is... if you use the card's effect, your card's durability will be reduced, just like if you played a trading card in real life! If the durability gets too low... that card is history! Better make your decisions wisely!

- Oh, and one more thing... there's one more property that some cards can have. It's super-rare to find and... wait, we already said too much!

There's a good chance that these cards will feature in Super Time Tenshi, so they're pretty hype!

Oh... just one more thing! In the previous Silver Cow Patron Update we asked you guys to vote on... "if you could romance one of the "bad girls" of the Time Tenshi series, who would you choose?"

Well, the results are in! There were 99 votes in all, and with 39 votes the winner of the poll was...

... Bunni!

We have to say, the tall bunny girl is definitely a good choice! Princess Neferu-re was in second place with 28 votes, and we think she'd be a very interesting option too!
We kind of wanted to see Lucy get more votes, but we understand you guys don't know much about her yet. But we think she's a really great character, and we hope you'll enjoy discovering her personality and traits soon!
