So a young rat put in a flare is more powerful than a grown human? Was that also the case for human infants? High risk parenting. :D

It was mentioned ages ago, but when a neural flare is used on a human infant, there are limiters that prevent the baby from actually using their abilities until they are older. But since animal brain chemistry is different, the limiters don't work. Also, no living humans can use the flare anymore, so any animal that used one would be more powerful than a human ^__^
