Try recreating some older photos as soon as you feel bigger. Same clothes, position, lighting, angle, etc. The only thing different will be you, and the growth will be obvious.

Real stuffings. Like set out a normal amount of food you would usually eat, then throw in a box of muffins and a weight gain shake too. Try not to stop until you are finished. Push those limits girl! 💪
