Adding an extra tier! 10 dollars: here's what's gonna have (Patreon)

I'm giving the 10$ pledge the chance to vote: voting when I have over 70 people as patrons usually surmises to having a lot of them not happy with the vote. Based on the current amount, having less of them vote, and possibly less choices, makes for more clarity.
