Judging by Michael's costume, I guessed incorrectly last time from the cover. I should have known with #3 being the central position. So, if there are four, "willing," sacrifices, does that mean Jack is off the hook, has a different fate, or was one of the other sacrifices not, "willing?" Maybe, Michael is currently duping Jack because he knows Jack will sacrifice himself for Michael. I didn't like Michael at the start. (a) He seemed two-faced and; (b) he did the whole glowing eyes and mutated features routine at Jack and Anna's place, before any of this started. The invitation (re)appeared when Michael was there and he was the one who 'found' it. Maybe, Michael is Glib. He looks a lot more beefy now too. Is it even Michael? Too many questions now. This is still wide open, even though we are getting more (questionable) information and maybe some 'unreliable narrators', that we are starting to question, all of which is good writing. I would not want to be stomped in the face with Lily's boots. Stiletto heels do damage.
