"Last Crusade?" Interesting. I didn't think it was as strong as the others before it. I still remember the amazement of seeing the first one at the cinema with my friends after we cut school. It stepped up the game in so many different departments for movies at the time. I still liked 'Last Crusade', but the 'Lost Ark' will probably always be my favourite, just for the scene where he shot the guy after the big sword display. My all time favourite childhood movie though will probably always be 'Star Wars', because FREAKIN' LIGHTSABRES, MAN!

Last Crusade came out the Summer before started fourth grade, and it made a huge impression. But I'm that generation who grew up loving Ewoks, not realizing the older kids freaking hated them, so... :)

I saw so many movies as a kid. Not only would my Dad buy movies, but he would also buy blank VHS tapes and record movies off of TV. So my siblings and I saw a lot of movies as kids. Can't think of what movies were my favorite as a kid, but as an adult, I can say that my favorite childhood movies were Spaceballs and the 1980 Flash Gordon movie.

Nice. I love watching that movie. I laugh so much and it's one of those movies I just love to quote. Spaceballs is on YouTube legally for free. I saved it on my watch later playlist (focusing on watching horror movies for now for Halloween).
