Subscription Billing (FYI, Impacts New Pledges Only!) (Patreon)

Patreon now offers monthly billing from the date of subscription, rather than on the 1st of every month, and has begun allowing creators to opt into the new system! Since a fair few people have been confused when they pledge at the end of the month and are charged again at the beginning of the following month, I've gone ahead and switched to new billing system to eliminate that issue.

This will not impact existing patrons! Everyone who is already pledged will continue to be charged on the 1st of the month as usual. However, any newcomers-including anyone who needs to pause their pledge and join again later-may now join at any time in the month and not need to worry about being charged until the same calendar date the following month.
