Chapter 1, Part 2 Released! (Patreon)

Hey everyone!  It's new build time again!  Click the link above to download the latest game version from Itch.io!

This build wraps up Chapter 1, connects up to the demo content, and sets up Malcolm and the girls' TF adventures.  It's got *draws a deep breath* 8  new scenes, a new frame sequence, 2 new backgrounds, several new sprite poses, and 3 more days worth of content, including romantic dates  galore!  Phwew!

I'm really excited that this segment is done—from here on out, things get real interesting (and are going to be a blast to write and draw!).  This was  also the most complicated chapter, with the most branching paths, so  from here on it should be smooth sailing... at least until we get to the Fae World :3

Per your guys' vote, we will be building out Marion's Chapter 2 next!  We'll also work on animating more existing backgrounds and scenes, to slowly but surely bring the  environment to life.

I love the added dialog with Marion and Effie and i just cant wait for chapter 2 of Marion's story im so excited. now onto a possible problem i don't know if it just me but whenever i try to start a new game it bring me straight to the milking scene. I was able to load a save and continue playing the chapter but when i tried again after finishing the problem still came up

Hey guys! Great game, I love the story, the heart and all of the illustrations. You guys have really brought these characters to life! I've only come up with one bug, and that happened while I was in the market scene. I skipped the initial conversation with Marion and then quickly stopped it when I got to the point I wanted to. However, when it stopped, a second Marion appeared. One holding the groceries and the other standing in her idle pose. Now, obviously I wouldn't mind two Marions but I didn't think that was canon. If you need any further details, please let me know! Also, I've got a degree in Creative Writing and would love to of assistance in any way I can! Thank you very much for this wonderful game!

Excellent job so far everybody. I did find one issue though, trying to report without spoilers. Choosing to meet up with Jessie after the market, when they talk Marion is credited with one of Jessie's Lines specifically the one about the instrument. Also when you meet up with Grace on day 4, the Duo's lines are mixed. at least if I'm reading it right. Grace asks "how did you see me?" and Malcolm responds "I didn't see you, Hazel caught my eye".

Great feedback! We'll try to phrase the Grace scene a little more clearly- the gist was that Malcolm dismounted, and was acting as though he had just recovered Hazel again (rereading it, yeah, it could definitely stand to be more clear!). On the Jessie scene, I'm having a little trouble spotting the line you mentioned. Would you mind sending me a note here on Patreon or Discord with which scene you're referring to? Thanks!

Napoleon, I just want to say that I LOVE this project. I'll admit, when I first saw your demo, I was only intrigued. But after having played the demo, as well as this new build, I am now completely and utterly hooked on this story. Everything that I've seen so far has been absolutely phenomenal. The artwork is amazing, the story is compelling, and the music is astounding-everything about this project screams high quality. It's clear that you and your crew have poured your heart and soul into this work, and that's why I have decided to not only support this project, but to have your project be my very first Patreon pledge. I was a little nervous about committing money to other projects I've seen, but yours has truly impressed me on every account. Sorry for basically writing an essay in a comment, but I just had to tell you how amazing your project, your STORY, is to me. Good luck Napoleon, I hope your work continues to impress. From what I've seen, it most certainly will not.
