When you are 6 foot 4 and over 700 pounds, even normal tasks can be more time-consuming and energy-draining. For example, I shave my head every few weeks, and sometimes shave off my beard at the same time, if it has gotten too unruly or itchy (for the beard lovers - don't fret, it grows back fast!)

I have to sit down to shave because standing for 10-15 minutes would be way too tiring. It takes a lot of effort to keep 700+ pounds upright!

In this video you can see me shaving my head and face in the morning, before I take a shower. Would anyone like to help groom me?
