I really need to use my hand bike more. Everything is such an effort nowadays! I am pretty sure I've gained some more weight because my level of fitness has decreased. As the day progresses, my mind is alert, but my physical energy level drops, leaving me struggling to move around by the evening time. Taking houseboy applications!

I usually go to bed early just to get settled in one spot. I sleep on my back due to the BiPAP machine and take up pretty much the entire queen-sized bed. I usually have to get up to pee at least once during the night - Bearhemoths need a lot of liquids, but our bladders are still the same size (at least until Doctor X's Growth Formula kicks in).

Of course, before this video, I had six full-size burritos 🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯🌯, so that might have had something to do with it 😉

In this video I lounge around on the chaise and fondle my belly, then flip over and show my backside. If you were in the room, where would you be focused?
