It's been a long while since I had measurements done - January this year, to be more precise. My athletic 26-year old friend hasn't done measurements before so I'm not sure he took these perfectly (especially the thighs since the number is so different from last time), but the results are still quite interesting.

Normal cloth measuring tapes are too short to fully circumnavigate my body (60" seems to be the regular length) so I had to order some extra long (120") measuring tapes off the Internet.

You can't always see it, but I have a LOT of muscle under the visible fat on my body. I worked out for years off and on with trainers (including a full year doing weekly 90 minute yoga sessions) and built up a good muscle and strength base, which is why I think I have been able to handle weighing over 700 pounds so far. When I was at my most muscular one of the guys at the gym asked my trainer if I was on anything, because I was able to lift very heavy. It was kinda flattering!

I haven't worked out that much lately due to the pandemic, but I have managed to pick up a kettle bell every now and then. I was especially surprised (pleased) by the size of my flexed biceps. My arms have definitely gotten bigger! Now I just need someone to fully appreciate them 💪
