As my weight has fluctuated up and down over the years, I've had to buy a lot of different-sized clothes, lest I walk around nude and scare the villagers. I've donated more clothes than I can remember, and as I've gotten older (and fatter) I've spent less money on flash and brands and just focus on keeping my body covered by whatever is functional, as much as that is possible at the time.

Usually when I've done a weight gain/loss cycle I have donated the larger clothes to the local Goodwill store, so I expect there are some very big and well-dressed Goodwill shoppers running around my previous hometown! Of course there's pieces I really love and don't want to get rid of, even if I'm not anywhere near that size. As a result my closet retains clothing of every size from L to 7XL, both UK and American brands.

I'm hard on clothes - or rather, clothes are not made for a Bearhemoth! Pulling my shirt down can easily rip it, if I'm not careful, and even things that are supposed to be well-made are subject to a thoughtless tug and a random rip. I've grown accustomed to pulling on underwear, for example, and hearing seams break as I pull them up.

Underwear in general tends to fall apart after a few months, even if I'm careful with it. Expensive and inexpensive brands. In fact, the more expensive the clothing, the less Behemoth-resistant it seems to be.

In this series of videos, I go through a very small subset of my wardrobe (most of it pulled directly from storage boxes for this project) and try on clothes of varying sizes and styles. A few pieces are sacrificed along the way!
