I know there’s been some debate on this story, but I think it’s been a fantastic ride! It’s absolutely amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed the way it was written!

Thanks, John. Maria's Ascension was, in fact, a commission. That might be why so many people have looked at this story and thought, "This doesn't feel like a Beetlebomb story." Despite it being a commission, however, I've had a ton of fun being pressed and challenged to create scenes and scenarios that I would not have normally made. In the end, I think it came out great, and will probably go down in history as a very unique approach to a typical Beetlebomb adventure.
