Lonely Tonight (Patreon)

It's raining outside. 

But it's always raining in Burmecia...you get used to it. Burmecians like Freya were born and bred in this weather...as such, they learned quickly that a good bed in a good tavern makes a great escape from the torrential rains outside. She's all alone tonight, and she's invited you upstairs to help keep her warm. Well? What are you waiting for?...

As with all light-colored or white characters, Freya posed quite the challenge to color and shade. I find that the shading on such characters is heavily dependent on her surroundings and light levels in the room. At first, this pic was quite dark until I threw a bright blue overlay layer over the top of the entire affair, which brightened it up considerably and made her look like she wasn't in a closet. 

Her red cloak and hat were super fun to draw...I don't know the name of the artist who designed her, but hats off to them, they really knew what they were doing when it came to shape and design!
