Completed YCH for Noble the Dragon!

Really had fun with the colors and background on this...at first I set it during the day but it didn't really feel right since Cebron is supposedly catching Noble there in the act of maybe stealing some files or something relatively harmless, buti something like that would usually happen at night when everyone's gone from the office.

That's when I thought to set it at night and everything just came together much more smoothly after that.
