Public Chapter 7 updated with Aspect fix (Patreon)

Since it will be a while until the next public release I went back and blocked off Chapter 7 in the code to make an aspect fix version for those as well. Since it contains all current unreleased code as well, it is the first to cross over the 200mb cap of the Patreon file system, so the Haven releases from now on will be linked to from different file hosts.
