Payment issues (Patreon)

Recently, there have been payment issues with some accounts.

It appears to be mainly due to bank operations being unavailable in certain countries.

 Issues with policies that prevent withdrawals from Patreon and issues with the account itself might also be a cause.

 Despite continuing attempts, the payment still doesn't seem to be approved and we are unable to receive rewards or even communicate due to the lack of approval for the payment.

 We would appreciate if you could be aware of this situation. Thank you.

최근 많은 계정에서 결제 문제가 보여 알립니다.

 해당 국가의 은행 업무가 불가능한 경우에 주로 이런 일이 발생하는 것으로 보입니다.

 정책 문제로 패트론에 출금이 불가능한 경우, 계좌에 이상이 있는 경우가 이에 해당하는 거 같습니다.

 계속해서 시도해도 끝내 결제가 승인되지 않는 모습이 보이는데 이는 제가 원인을 모르겠네요. 

아예 결제 자체가 되지 않은 상태이기 때문에 보상이 나갈 수가 없으며, 심지어 메시지 전달 자체도 되지 않아 교류가 이루어질 수 없는 상태입니다.
