So may i ask because of the comic. nathan is not alive anymore in the first book and the second book give own and NAthan backstory or did i get wrong?

In the last season, i simply didn't mention Nathan. It doesn't mean he's dead~ If you watch Season 2 closely, you'll start to see key event panels appear gradually. For example, the prologue uses some panels directly from Season 1.
