Greetings, here are some updates and plan for the following months.


MHM for KKS

I will be focusing in getting the MHM done for KKS by the end of February. So the amount of maps i will be releasing for KK this month would be less than usual.


Converting the KK maps into Items

This was requested a while back, I said I will do it when i had the time and I think now is a good time to do or try. This may take some time to do.


Map lights

On my last Progress update I said that there was a way to make the character to cast their full shadow into the map, well, I found a problem with this.

You know that the game use layers for lighting, maps are usuallly in the Map layer, characters, clothes and accessories are in the Chara layer. So the way to make the character to cast their full shadow into the map, was making the map light to work on both layers and it works, but, there is a conflict with another lighting controller, the chara light controller stop working if you try to change some values, or rather the Map light takes priority if the chara light values are lower that the map light, and there are some other things but I decided to not change the map lights for now. 

Having a plugin to change the light setting would be the best approach in my opinion, but that is something I can not do.

You can do some changes or disable the light all together with the RuntimeUnityEditor, but those changes don't save when you save the scene.


Less map releases for KK this month

I will be working on other things this month so I don't think i will have the time to port that much, on March things should go back to normal.
