Definitely like your idea. I would also suggest tight crimpy or big wavy hair. Anything but flat straight hair. As far as her make-up go nuts let's see multiple eyeshadow colors, ombre lips. Multiple earrings. Explicit personalized choker necklace, something along the lines of FUCKTOY or CUMSLUT.
