 She’s not aware of that, so things gonna be out of control for her.

Still not sure that the Doll Face is, but I think we should go with that, certainly. Not sure what else. How much of a breast aug? 1500+2500 puts us almost there, with little money for other things.

As a follow up, I'd almost want to save the augs for later. Because I want to focus on her face right now. Once she has a 'perfect' face, she'll want to follow it up with more later! No?

What would double botox even do? I mean, double lip means larger lips, but I thought botox was sorta, like? One and done?

I would say nose job and doll face. She is over the limit. BUT she could maybe she will have to work it off. Maybe a working at a dance club as a waiteress or to make the money back faster a dance or two.

I'm still hoping for high-class and slowness first. So give her the doll-face: nice snobby with a porcellaine face. And one injection into the lower lip. Then add both cheeks for a more refined face. No (visible) implants at first, if so, small saline expandable ones, starting with just 200cc. Then she can inflate later on. Perhaps Mentor like implants, with natural drop, but over-the-muscle and later, when filled to 800cc and more - quite heavy fake. Kate shouldn't just be another Flora (Become).
