Twilight made herself a number of enemies over the years, from mad kings ruling their empire with an iron fists to shape-changing queens, but her magical talents and being chosen as Celestia's protégé also made a few other ponies envious. And who would be more envious of her than a showmare desesperate to prove her magical skills, and Celestia's former student? The pair challenged Twilight to a handicap no DQ wrestling match, just to prove that being good with magic is worth nothing if you don't have the physical skills to back you up during tough situations... And boy did they make their point very clear. Twilight spent possibly one of the worst night in her life being tormented, beaten up and punished by the two unicorns, subjecting her to various holds, throws, strikes and more while she just couldn't fight back. As an alicorn, she was a lot tougher than any regular ponies... But in this case, it just meant that Sunset and Trixie could play as rough and brutal as they wanted without a care in the world, and Twilight would remain conscious for the punishments they had in store for her.
