UPDATE 27th DEC 2019:: RULES 3/ 4/ 7/ 9 & 10 Have now ALL been UnClassified, for All PrincessVille & Non-PrincessVille Residents to see. ;D ^_^

---

Dear Prissy Flouncy Pink & Bouncy Patrons...

Writing the Sissy Geisha PrincessVille Comic Page based within PrincessVille has brought up some questions in my own mind regarding some of the Rules and Regulations which the Sissies would have to adhere to, in the Public Settings of PrincessVille.

(Included above and attached below are some of those Rules & Guidelines). :)

I have had to temporarily censor some of them, because they are elements which will be far better presented in their own proper PrincessVille Comic page reveals. :)

With one or two of the Rules, I will see how the World of PrincessVille progresses, as it's fun to make Rules and Regulations, but at a certain point they can become counter productive...

The main possible culprit which I may have to Retcon, is the rule regarding the compulsory wearing of certain Bow Colours in public settings for the purpose of declaring their Status within the PrincessVille Community... The Bows relate to how well trained, respected and trusted a sissy is as well as a Symbol of their actual Sissihood.

It's a nice idea, but only time will tell how wise a rule that actually is, within the narrative of this world. ^^

As for Progress with the PrincessVille Sissy Geisha Comic Page... This afternoon I had a little bit of a Breakthrough with the script and I'm currently in the middle or re-writing it for the Third & Final Time! So I will be spending the rest of this evening and the weekend finishing the page-layouts. :)

I hope everyone has a Wonderfully Pink & Fluffi Fun Weekend

K@T ^^

Oh gosh i love those rules but they're also terrifying for any free thinking and moving person! SO looking forward to more, miss K@t!! 。◕‿◕。 Thank you and a superduper fun pink and fluffy weekend to you too!

Thank you Roro and I'm so happy you like them Roro... Luckily Vanilla Citizens, Dominants and even the Bimbo's of PrincessVille don't have to adhere to this particular set of rules, Just the sissies. :) I've also just updated the Shoe Height Rule and the Pink Item Rule. :)

Green Sea

i can really think of no worse fate than being a vanilla citizen in Princessville, your missing out on basically more than half of the town's community and business.

katscandy

Maybe that should be a Punishment for the Sissies or Bimbo's who are disobedient and constantly pushing the rules. ^^

Alex

This is so good <3

Green Sea

it be like going to a amusement park and not being able to do anything there.

Green Sea

*sweats nervously* no no just a passing tall person *mumbles to self * why does this always happen do I look that old?

katscandy

They might be able to do some things, although I haven't quite worked out the limits of what 'Vanilla Citizens' are permitted to see or do within PrincessVille, yet. ^^

Green Sea

it could be you a Vanilla Citizen until it decided if your a bimbo/sissy or dominate based on your actions and behavior.

katscandy

True, although I feel a majority of the Vanilla Citizens coming into PrincessVille (aside from a tiny handful), have found their way into PrincessVille because they've perhaps been nudged or pushed into moving & living there (completely unaware of the type of Community PrincessVille is) by a Superior who already resides in PrincessVille, or someone they know (a Friend or Partner), who has perhaps led them there under the guise of an alternative reason. Such as 'a Great Place to Start a New Life after Marriage' etc. ^^ (So becoming Sissies or Bimbo's may not be something they are overly thrilled about). :-s ^^

Green Sea

probably though i feel that they make it a point that they go after people that deserve it or will come around to liking it if not outright.

I'm little confused, how does one give a bow/courtesy to someone if they aren't allowed to make eye contact? I mean if I were a SiSSY how would I know if the person in front of me is a Superior if my eyes are always looking down? I've always hated this no eye contact rule in BDSM literature, especially if the submissive is a willing participant. From my understanding the SiSSY and BiMBOs of Princessville are consenting adults. So I would think there'd be a great deal of pride and joy looking at their Superior faces. I imagine Princessville a place full of flaming queers out and out and prideful of their SiSSY/BiMBO lifestyle. I don't know, I just think the no eye contact rule seems depressingly pointless and counterproductive to embracing their roles, whether it be a SiSSY or BiMBO. As for colored tiers of bows, clever idea but I don't think every SiSSY and BiMBO is going have bow accessories. I am not big on bows, but I know K@T has addiction to them. 😋🎀 I do like the idea of colored tiers, I think having the color Pink the highest level a SiSSY/BiMBO can achieve is a no-brainer (Pun intended). In order from highest to lowest; 1. Pink (Seniors) 2. Periwinkle blue (Juniors) 3. Yellow (Sophomores) 4. green (Freshmen) I think these would work best for colored collars. Lastly Superiors of Princessville should have a badge or insignia of Princessville flag somewhere on there outfit or accessories. I definitely like where all this is going, a lot of cool ideas K@T!

Sorry, my reply becomes quite rambled... ^^ Regarding Eye-Contact, In writing this reply I've realised there is not really just one easy answer to this expression of submission & respect, but ultimately which-ever way you look at it, in a safe and happy consensual environment, it is a gesture of submission & respect. How low a Sissy would choose to Keep their eyes down would depend on the sissy themselves & their training... I personally have always thought of a submissives-eyes being lowered being very much akin to 'how Deeply' the Japanese Bow to show their Respect for Someone. The deeper the bow, the higher they respect that person. and I feel there are comparisons which can be made with a submissives lowered Eyes. That's not to say they always have to keep their eyes lowered, but it can be a good indication of just how submissive and how much they respect the D/s dynamic of those they are interacting with. While Not initially meeting-eye contact with a Superior OR Dominants Eyes is very much a show of respect of their Status & Authority. If the sissy is permitted to make eye-contact after that initial interaction/ contact, then its fine. :) It's not like a Sissy wouldn't be able to look at a Superiors face when the Superior is not looking at the Sissy, but if caught it may be told off. I feel looking as high as the Chin or Mouth would be acceptable in an initial conversation. But you, yourself are a perfect example of what would be the eclectic range of Superiors/ Dominants in a place like PrincessVille, as there would be range of Dominant's some more friendly and some more strict. The more time the Sissies spend in PrincessVille, the more they are able to learn which Superiors take Their Superior Status much more seriously and to heart than others. There's an account of a Well known Current Mainstream Actress here in the Real-World who will talk to day to day people with eye contact, but She doesn't allow Her homes help to look Her in the Eyes. That said these are just the *Sissy Rules*... The Bimbo's are a step above the Sissies, so Eye-Contact may not be an issue the Bimbo's have to concern themselves with. I have no idea what you mean about a Bow Addiction. *GASP! SHOCK!!!* The collar idea is good & would make more sense, but then from an artistic standpoint, it means any sissy (& maybe bimbo) character I draw related to PrincessVille would have to have a set type of Collar, which would limit me from an artistic standpoint. OMG, I LOVE the Idea of PrincessVille Pins!!!! To be perfectly honestly, I've actually been quite happy with the 'Three Pronged Crown Logo' I've been using so far as the General Logo of PrincessVille... Initially I had thought about the sissies having to carry around an ID badge/ card, but you saying badges and insignia's / Pins, and how a Pin might be better suited as an everyday accessory, rather than a bow. And I agree that Pins would work much better... I will have to think about it a little more, and possible design variations.

Sendahlove

I'm all for submissives minding their focus, but I don't like idea of them not looking where they are going/doing. I totally love the Japanese honorific culture bowing and how they address people. It truly showcases the various castes of the community. As for the collars, I can see how you would feel limited by 4 colors, but you could make exceptions for certain submissives to give yourself more artistic freedom. I'm happy to inspire you with the badges and insignia's. It was something I felt that was right up your alley with your love for accessorial abundance.

katscandy

It's really just those initial interactions when they would have to mind their eyes, aside from that, the sissies can look where-ever they want... :) It's not the colours that would leave me feeling limited with the collars (although there will be plenty of colour variations ^^), it's the design element... A Set Required Collar on every sissy character can drastically restrict any design elements I might like to have around the shoulder, collar & neck area. The Strapford Pound kind of highlighted that element with the 1 collar design, so that took some of the imagination & enjoyment out of that design aspect for me.

Sendahlove

You know....a collar doesn't have to be around the neck, it can be a around any body part. But I get what you're saying, because I've seen your creative shoulder/neck apparel designs. I do think the badge/insignia is the way to go in creating a caste system in Princessville. There's just tremendous amount of flexibility in that, and if you're really business savy you can have them made into real pins to sell to your Patreon members.

katscandy

With regards to the collar, numerous body placements are very true. ^^ I aboslutely love the idea of the Pins and I will definitely be looking into the possibility somewhere down the line of creating Real Pins. :D
