Nice logical fallacy there, Nyarai. The lack of experience on Muko's part does not make the news report true. What this is: a textbook case of a news reader who forwards true sounding utter garbage because they don't think about venerable news outlet having little things called investigative journalists, and multiple sources to cover their hinds in case of a lawsuit. Therefore, Cookie going on the defense here is but her own fault. This is a business relationship, where she's a social outcast. Unless there's an official agency standing up for her rights in court, based on power disparity, she can comment zilch on who her partner and what match she can take. Be right, but be right the correct way, Nyarai.

I guess this explains why Nyarai was that pissed upon meeting Muko in the previous chapter. It's not just the rabbit's personality, but the defeat she suffered shows that she's an amateur. To add insult to injury, Muko doesn't show apparent professionalism for the sport upon their meeting so Nyarai develops a distaste for her partner.
