Looks like I'm lost with a wish for Dimension Door ;) After Misty Step it's one of my favorite spells. Teleport you and your Paladin on the back/head of a flying dragon. let the paladin do a mighty hit or try to mount the beast or stick a grenade to its head or let your rogue attack one eye or (my favourite) activate an immovable rod with a nice metal spear tip right in front of the chest of the dragon..... And if you fall, then let yourself fall.....featherfall before you hit the ground of course :) Perfectly legal and easy done by many spell caster classes,
