This is what "Westscot" looks like under all that leather, though it went by "Leland" at the time.
In that last pic he wasn't bothering to pretend to be human anymore but that doesn't mean he isn't capable. He just has a...real creepy way about him. The sorta thing that makes your instincts fire up but you just can't place it. Thankfully he's a bit of an antihero at this time, as far as the WCU is concerned.

"Leland" is a good man. A helpful sort even if he doesn't linger long. He's a bounty hunter that showed up outta nowhere and asks for little in return save for mended clothes and a doctors touch. But for as little as the folks of west knew of him, there were one thing they were sure of.

So long as the outlaws were gone, it was better to not know.
