Discord Server Link Post! (Patreon)

I realised this was not as easy to find as it should be! so it gets a tag to make it easier for new people until I can get the archive post set up :)

Patreon should have added you automatically if you have already connected Patreon to discord in the past, if not, just follow this link and click connect: patreon.com/settings/profile
