Stoked! I'm always willing to buy some gear "to help out", if you need to ship to Canada! We can do a test order. Probably when you get the BD stuff. need to get some peckers, Oz rack pack... I'm sure I can find something to buy 🤘

I'm excited for you! Opening a store will be a big deal. I bought items from extreme gear (John) based on your discounts and partnership. When I emailed extreme gear, I got a response a few days later with John saying to not expect a reply during weekends. That was unsettling, and left a bad taste on his brand. I wasn't even complaining about the time frame. You addressed a few things that I had seen areas of improvement over John's setup, but I will mention, one thing, warranties. REI got big offering over the top warranties on gear. I'm sure you will make things right with everyone, but having the support and procedures to provide warranties will take some thought and effort. My official refund policy is conservatively to not refund life supporting gear but the unofficial refund policy is to message me. If I can prevent the abuse, I can refund gear. I've already replaced gear for free and it wasn't even bought from me. REI's lifesupporting gear is 1% of their inventory so it's easier to have their liberal return policy on "everything" and backcountry is similar. If I can eat it on volume I'd make the refund policy liberal once I test it. I want to under promise, over deliver. Breaking even on the store, not individual purchases but overall, with it being ran fully by store managers is my boundary. I'm very experimental and willing to be unconventional but 0 will be the MBS of the store :).
