Beautifully done, Miss Wendy. This is heartbreaking and painful but also feels safe and reassuring in ways I cannot describe. We all yearn for such a connection with someone and your portrayal here hits all the soft spots.

Miss Wendy, if you are very submitting a portfolio for VA roles, this HAS to be included. You have the wonderful ability to convey such deep emotion. It honestly blew me away. Hell you could probably just do normal acting as well haha Thank you for posting this incredible performance.

Appreciate your pov Epps. I sometimes get all up in my head about these things. Glad you enjoyed it.

You're a seasoned pro Miss Wendy though I don't doubt that listening to your own performances might still cause moments of cringe or embarrassment. You are outstanding at this VA thing. Keep up the amazing work.

I just had the possibility to talk to the author a bit. He wasn't in a similar situation and that was, what I supposed. But it's good to read the script and to listen to the audio neithertheless. That are my assumptions: Of course you speak to the patient as if he hear you and you never question it loudly. That would leave a kind of unsurance in the room, you don't want. You will say everything, to make him feel comfortable and will not stress him with your expectations to him. So it's not: "I need you.". It's more "I want you. I love you." If someone has a heart stillstand, I'm pretty sure, they put him into a artifical coma. He can't wake up on his own. His body needs total relaxation and waking up is dangerous. The doctors will lead him out of his coma, but he can't wake up on his own. To the audio edit: You can decide to leave the environment sounds totally out - than you know as listener, that it is not real. But this environment sounds in this audio were only a part of the truth. Mostly there are up to three persons in one room at hospital - at least in Germany (the audio sounds like there is only one). You often hear some moans from others. Caregivers run in and out. Every person hangs on some pieping apparats. Often there will be alarms - mostly because of a sensor doesn't work properly - but it sounds always like somebody is going to die; at least, if you are uncommon with the situation. Don't see my writing mainly as a critique, I just want to add aspects of my experience. Perhaps it is helpful.
