This is an exercise I do with my coaching clients. It was assigned to me a few years ago. It does get easier. Now I flirt with my reflection on occasion. Might look silly...but I have a good time playing with it now.

Silly...you can't "make" me do anything. So...your fixation is on perfection...you aren't allowed to celebrate until it is perfect. Hmmmm...I am not perfect. I don't think perfect is attainable. How do you suppose your life would feel different if you allowed yourself to feel success for the weight you have lost? For talking to the people you have. Like in here...you were a lurker and now...I get to see you. I celebrate that. I hope you are too.
