SINGLE SIM APARTMENT AVAILABLE! (Patreon)

Available for download is my black and wood style, chic Apartment. Suitable for a single Sim or a Sim couple. I really enjoyed making this build. It is fully furnished and completely functional. (Yes, even the washing machine under the bench) I have noticed in some of my past builds, some features have been non-functional and have been purely made for the look. But I wanted to give you guys something that not only looks really nice and realistic, but is functional too, so that you can happily play it in your game.

Please note that this build requires "City Living" Pack to work.

On another note, I have downloaded and installed Reshade into my game, as you may have noticed the quality of my builds have drastically improved. Reshade allows you to adjust the colour and sharpness of your game, to make it look brighter and more realistic. So keep in mind, the quality of my builds may vary in your game if you do not have Reshade.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:

• Click on the download link, which will direct you to Google Drive.
• Download the file(s)
• Once you have downloaded and UNZIPPED the file(s), drag the TRAY FILES into your TRAY folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
• Place the CC FILES into your MODS folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 >
  Mods

The build, along with all of the CC, if downloaded correctly, should then appear in your "My Library" section inside your game.
