Something a little different and 18+ for those of you who enjoy a little more wild gameplay. Because let's face it, vanilla Sims can get a little boring.

I've made it as realistic as possible, I have even added a "Woohoo" room for your Sim Strippers that like to give a little something extra to their clients.... ;) With the Hoe It Up mod, you can literally get paid for sex.

The lot type is a nightclub, however, with the help of Hoe It Up mod by Sacrificial, your Sims can actually dance on the poles and get paid for it! Please keep in mind that this build will not function as a strip club without the Hoe It Up mod.

I have included a household of 5 strippers too, if you would like to add them, to save you guys from making your own. (4 of them are shown in the photos.)

Some of you may notice that the stairs going up to the foundation of which the DJ Booth is sitting on are missing. No big deal, just add them once you've placed the lot. They are the same stairs as every other set of stairs used in the build. Everything else should show up as per the photos.

The lot has been tested in game and works relatively well. Just make sure to delete the stairs going up the stage once you have gotten your Strippers on the poles. This is to stop other Sims from walking up onto the stage and interfering with your lasses as they work those poles.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:

• Click on the download link, which will direct you to Google Drive.
• Download the file(s)
• Once you have downloaded and UNZIPPED the file(s), drag the TRAY FILES into your TRAY folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
• Place the CC FILES into your MODS folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 >
  Mods

The build, along with all of the CC, if downloaded correctly, should then appear in your "My Library" section inside your game.
