Available for download is the Willow Creek Vet Clinic. TADAAAA!
Fully functional and fully furnished. I put as much detail into this build as I could. It includes two surgery/examination rooms, waiting room, admin desk, staff room/bathroom, 2 dog kennels, 2 cat kennels, an animal grooming station for both cats and dogs and agility equipment. The Lot Type was already set to "Vet Clinic", but if for some reason it does not come up as such in your game, simply just change the lot venue.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD:

• Click on the download link, which will direct you to Google Drive.
• Download the file(s)
• Once you have downloaded and UNZIPPED the file(s), drag the TRAY FILES into your TRAY folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray
• Place the CC FILES into your MODS folder. Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 >
  Mods

The build, along with all of the CC, if downloaded correctly, should then appear in your "My Library" section inside your game.

PLEASE NOTE: I will not be held responsible if some CC does not work in your game. All of the CC I use is tested and working with the MOST UP TO DATE version of The Sims 4. 
If you find that some CC is genuinely missing from the list I provide, please message me and I will find the CC you're after.

Packs used in this build:
This entire lot is only functional and operational with the Cats and Dogs expansion pack. Some objects are from the "My First Pet" stuff pack.
Everything else is CC, which is included in this download.

Please ensure to enable "bb.moveobjects on" before placing.
