Hum, someone said me in one of the last updates that it wasn't cool to have some text to read (especially about Tarot, because according to this person, a "bad" character should 't talk when he attacks, only fight, no text.... but.... well), I really think that :   

-firstly, adding some weird details about something that is clearly off-topic is one of the distinctive features of Tarot when he's in "Black" version (cf : when he added some specifications about his hydra to Iruu while Miru, Kazuhiro, Anna and Suki felt into the sea, with the big Kira's chimeras that wanted to eat them)   

- secondly, because spitting in the face of his prey/ennemy,  some very mean words in order to frighten him/her, in the heat of the action, is another of his feature ( a feature that is  rather shared with the evil version of KiRah/Kira, apparently <- Toru's devil is more.... tangled, vicious. Scarlet Lycans's devilish versions are more direct in their words, if I can say it like this.

- lastly, because even Tarot has the Scourge, as Toru, contrary to him, Tarot's stage is less advanced and his devil and him are pretty ok on loot of topics, as explain some things to people that he considers as his real /almost partners (or people that he considers not completly as enemies, so, that aren't a real challenge or an entire threat <- people that he doesn't need to kill straightaway).

So, to respect Tarot's features, he.... will continue to speak sometimes, even if he's in his devil form, even if he's right in a middle of a fight.
