Sad news about Stray Dog and MortiCian (Patreon)

I longtime hesitated to post this news but I finally decided to do it :

some days ago, I discovered that some poeple just downloaded content of Stray Dog and MortiCian books + some artworks and WIP from my series that I put on my deviantart/facebook page and reused them for making pirated books that they are re-sold for theirselves.

They created a blog page in reusing my penname, the name of my series, the logo of Stray Dog that they copied for making all this official. They posted on that blog all the content of my books they kept as paperbacks or kindle forms, and works that I posted myself on my deviantart/facebook artist pages and translated them in their langage after meticulousely erased all the copyrights that I always put on my works/pages in order to not being annoyed by poeple would can ask if they had the right to catch and reuse the works like this (when a work hasn't a copyright, it means it's free to use. It's not the case for mine. It's why I always put copyrights on them). 

At the start, as they just put online some of my works in keeping the copyrights, I thought that it was a fanpage made by poeple that really liked my works. It made me very proud and happy.

But when I saw that they finally uploaded carefully all my content, without asking the least of permission from me and my publisher, in removing all the copyrights, in knowing that now they are reselling all this as paperback books in saying to their followers that they had the right to do this because they did the translation and I own something in all this ( that is strictly WRONG, they never sent me monnay) for clearing their name and in order to poeple that would buy their stuffs don't feel themselves guilty, all that..... Plunged me into a deeply sadness and in the same time into a deeply anger.

- Because I NEVER accepted this - they never asked me the right to do this;
- Because all my characters are MINE and not their (I created them from A to Z, they are like my children, their are my loins);
- Because do this damages me and my works that already are under professional copyright dammit  : so, do this without any permission is not a tribute but a THEFT/resell of stolen art !
- Because do this damages me as professional author as in saying they payed me for this just implies that I didn't respect the contracts that I'm having with my publisher ( Glénat Manga) and is a reason for him to break the publishing contracts since I would have allowed another poeple to publish my series when I approved contracts that gave to Glénat Manga the exclusive rights on my series, Stray Dog and MortiCian in the first place.

Some pages that f**cking poeple put on their blog are coming from here because they posted Stray Dog content until the pages of the chapter 16, namely the pages of the beginning of the book 5. And this pages were put online only here, only for poeple that subscribed 3 USD or more by month.
I already could identify some of them and blocked them in order to not allowing them to access to pages and content. I reported this deep problem to my publisher and to patreon, they definitively will do something.
But for the moment, that I would like to say is :

- please, be careful : I always put copyrights on the works that I put online because 99% of my works already are under publishing contract. If you notice/find some art from my panel where copyright was removed, it's a theft. I never allowed it, and they can say all that they want, I never accepted that they reuse my work like barbarians. I generally accept the reblogging but only when copyrights are kept (that is normal) and when poeple ask me if they can do it before (that is normal again, it's just a matter of courtesy).

- My works already are under exclusive copyrights. So, if someone claims that he got the right to do that he wants because of the fact that he translated a part or the full of my work, it's completely wrong. Making it doesn't give him any rights on my work, and a tacit agreement definitively doesn't exist, especially when the author hasn't been informed about this, as it's the case here.

- the only places where my works are and where I accepted to put them are : 

* Glénat Manga official website/facebook page/twitter/instagram
* My official facebook artist page
* My deviantart page
* here, on my Patreon page
* my storenvy page ( you ahve the official link on my facebook page artist)
* on webtoon (i posted the links on a patreon post, so, only these links are the good)
* on Amak publisher website ( Stray Dog's rights were sold to this publisher for a foreigh publishing)

If you found my works, especially series pages and contents posted elsewhere without any credits/copyrights on them, it's a theft. I never accepted it.

Books from my series are exclusively sold by myself (through my official facebook page artist) Glénat Manga and Amak Publishing. They only are French and Vietnamese versions.
If you found another version, it's a pirated and not official one. Please report me it asap.

- I now will have to put copyrights on the pages and drawings themselves (before all this, I put them at the bottom/in a corner, I never thought that poeple would erase them, but well, I certainely am stupidely naive), all my apologies about this future disturbance, but you know now the reasons of this decision.

- I blocked some poeple that I thought that they contribute to all this problem. I'll block still 3 poeple that joined my patreon and that I'm thinking that they contribute too.
For this poeple : all my apologies if I was wrong about you. I deeply am praying for that I'd made a big mistake about you. Really please, just wait a bit : if I mistook, I'll allow me to contact you directly to apologize and unlock the blocking state that I placed by caution. So, be patient a little please. I'm doing my best for solving all this quickly.

For poeple that finally contributed to all that sc*m : just go to hell.  I cannot say it in another way. You have just scorn for my characters and my work(s). In return, I just see you as sh*tty poeple.

In thanking you for your attention, and... as I said in my previous post, the next pages of Stray Dog will be online very soon because my characters and I usually are working according to the adages "strength and honour" and "the show must go on".
