Timelapse: outside NoRa's hideout (Patreon)

Rivas parks his spaceship in the settlement but not right outside their hideout. He's knows where they're at but no one knows he's lurking nearby.

If making comic is like cooking fatty steak for dinner, then making the background is like steaming the broccoli for a healthy side dish.

To speed things up, I paint on top of a forest image. Hand-painting everything from scratch is doable, but it would have taken me 20-40 hours, instead of 2-3 hrs using the shortcuts above.
Those hours are better spent on working on the characters, which I enjoy better than making one panel BG, which most readers will scroll pass in less than a second. 

For the ships and drones, I bought this photoshop plugin, but the Lightspeed spaceship I used 3 years ago has been discontinued from the plugin store. So the spaceship you see on the chapter after the hiatus does not match the old chapters.

Should have Ch.94 Part 2 PDF finished by tomorrow...
