Some thoughts on CH.92 (skip it if you haven't read it):

Cora was confused about her feelings for many chapters cuz this whole thing is new to her (and he is her kidnapper lol), but Agent North is also not a doormat. The whole back and forth between yay and nay is a bit frustrating for him. It would be inconsistent with his character if he just followed whatever she says with no question, so he wanted to get a solid answer from her.

From the start, Kasei knew that Cora had a bf and he doesn't go after someone who isn't available (see  Ch.26: Sorry My Butt and Ch.52: Personal Questions). But they have been stuck together 24/7 for almost a week. They eat and sleep together, shower near each other, so it's hard to resist for a single and lonely guy. She also hasn't seen her bf for 3 years (^_^").

They formed emotional connections from the time they stop fighting and start talking to each other. They also enjoy being in each other's company since they're stuck at that settlement, in contrast to his neighbor/FWB, which he couldn't wait to get away from (see CH.21). The physical attraction helps a lot, but it's not the only thing drawing them to each other.
