About Spoiler1, this isn't something really big. Luth is an araxian woman. She participated in Littanos' battle and has been caged as many other araxians in Littanos' prison.
In a few words, Luth will take care of Izuin until she finally grows up. And that will happen quite quickly.

And about Spoiler2, yup. This is something drastic and the reason why Dynae was receiving so many H-scenes. Dynae is called to be Yalen's new Oracle. That's what her title as "Disciple of Time" meant. She will replace Eshimin and as part of the ritual, she'll become a kid.
If you are unhappy with the change just think about this: With the current plot there's no much room to flirt and have sex with the other girls without turning Nulkan into a cheater or similar and we don't want that. Dynae and Nulkan have a special relationship that is blocking the paths with the other girls.
Plus, this is something that enriches the plot in our opinion, as there's room for different events, players would have the expectation (or not) that she finally becomes an adult again. Of course there won't be loli h-scenes but we will give to the player the chance to keep taking care of the relationship with Dynae despite this or just have fun/loving other girls. And at the end of the game, all this will have its consequences :)
