if i have gtx 1050ti and 8 gigs system ram is there a way fro me to render the .blend files?

The peak memory usage tends to hang bellow or over 8g when I render everything, so sadly you are definitely going to run into problems if you try to render :/ you should be able to render in the view port, though the 4 Gigs of Vram might give you trouble if you decide to render with your GPU.
